| You can upgrade your helmet / armor / legs / boots / coats with Iron Bars. The amount of Iron Bars is required depending on the required level to equip the item and the level of upgrade. Each level add +1 Protection. |
| Chances on upgrade is dependent on the hammer: Carpenter (can be bought from NPC Arashi) -> 50%, Enhanced Carpenter -> 70%, Golden -> 75%. You can get Enhanced Carpenter by upgrading Carpenter by Upgrade Stone. |
| You can get Iron Bars through dismantling weapons (or soul when he doesnt have option to exchange for weapons) and "rare" items (saga, bosses etc.) on the Anvil with Wooden (can be bought from NPC Arashi) or Golden Hammer. The "Soul Collector" achievement are required to dismantle weapons. |
