Training

Find 'Offline Training' to use this option.
You must purchase minutes to train offline. Cost increase with character level. If you buy a lot of minutes at once, you can save a lot of money. Player with premium account get 60 minutes for free everyday. That no matter how many minutes you buy, the daily limit is still 480 minutes (possibility of increasing by achievements etc.) which resets at 6:00AM (CET). Half of the unused daily time is carried over to the next day. Offline training gives less than if you were training normally.

Sleeping [Spirit Control]

Possible is train Spirit Control by sleeping in a bed (required "Full Control II" achievement). It is free, but the sleep time stacks up to a maximum of 10 hours (possibility of increasing by achievements).

Zanpakuto Sparing

In the underground of Urahara shop, there is a white doll that teleports you to the Zanpakuto World when used (requires completion of 28 saga). There you can not only train Reiatsu Control, but also spar with Zanpakuto NPC. After winning a spar, you receive skill points of the chosen NPC.
Each spar can be done once per day (this limit increases after unlocking achievements).
The amount of points gained is roughly equal to 80 minutes of Offline Training.
