Balance for PvE:
- Reiryoku (spell) damage dealt to monster you are not targeting deals 20% less damage
- On each of the 120 transforms: meele weapon damage deal wave damage (Range: 3SQM in 1SQM (+on sides of character)), distance weapons deal area damage (Range: 1.5SQM) around target and the less damage from Reiryoku damage is reduced to 12%
- From the moment you acquire your character weapon, the less damage from Reiryoku damage is removed

Balance for PvP:
- Distance weapons (more than 2 Range) deal 15% less damage

Special Technique

Special technique available from level 60 can be exchanged for any other technique you want after completing NPC Kyoraku mission. The first change is free, but each subsequent change will cost you 10 hero points.
